Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Afina.ai for using the app and website at afinavoice.com. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Account

• You must be 13 or older. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Use accurate information. One account per person.

2. Free trial

After creating an account you can play the first stages of Planet 1 for free, with no time limit and no credit card. The rest of the app requires the annual plan.

3. Annual plan and payment

• The annual plan is a one-time payment that unlocks the full app for 12 months from the purchase date. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another year.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and in the app. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Buy with the same email as your app account so your access unlocks automatically.
• 7-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us, and we’ll refund 100%. Access ends when the refund is issued.
• Special offers (for example, a limited-time discount) are personal, valid only for the period shown, and can’t be combined.

4. National leaderboard

If you opt in, your stage name or first name, city, state, photo and progress may be shown publicly. Don’t use offensive names or photos; we may remove them.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the app’s locks or scoring.
• Don’t share your account or resell access.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use. Songs you open in My Studio stay on your device and are your responsibility.
• The app, its exercises, characters, music and design belong to Afina.ai and are protected by copyright.

6. Partner teachers

Voice teachers who join our partner program earn a commission on sales made through their link, under the rules shown on the teacher page and dashboard. Teachers are independent and are not our employees or agents.

7. About results

Afina.ai is a practice tool. Results depend on how often and how well you practice. It does not replace medical advice: if you feel pain or hoarseness, stop and talk to a doctor or speech-language pathologist.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but it may occasionally be offline for maintenance. We may add, change or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll notify you before they take effect.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime in Me › Delete my account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting an account does not by itself trigger a refund outside the 7-day guarantee.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
